생리공결신청안내
Guidelines for Menstruation Absence
1. 한양대학교 포털(HY-in) 생리공결신청 화면에서 날짜를 선택하여 신청하고, 수강과목별 신청서를 출력합니다.
Students can print the Menstruation Absence request form at Hanyang University portal (HY-in) → Application(신청) → Menstruation Absence Request(생리공결신청) → select the date and print the application for each course.
2. 생리공결 신청은 학기당 총 5회를 초과할 수 없고, 매회 하루만 신청 가능하며 생리 주기가 최소 20일이어야 합니다.
Menstruation absences are permitted for a maximum of 5 days per semester, a maximum of 1 day per request, and with a minimum of 20 days between cycles.
3. 결석 사유 발생일로부터 공휴일을 포함한 7일 이내(마감일이 휴일인 경우, 휴일 다음 날까지 하루 연장)에 인권센터로 ‘생리공결 신청서’와 ‘의사소견서’(또는 ’진단서‘나 ’진료확인서‘)를 제시하여 승인 받은 후 교강사에게 제출합니다. (‘의사소견서’, ‘진단서’, ‘진료 확인서’는 1회 제출 시 해당 학기와 다음 학기까지 두 학기 유효)
Students must submit 1) the Menstruation Absence request form, attached with 2) a medical certificate within 7 calendar days of the absence date to the Human Rights Center for approval. Then the files should be submitted to the course instructor. (A medical certificate once submitted remains valid for two consecutive semesters including the corresponding semester)
4. ‘의사소견서/진단서/진료 확인서’(택1)는 해당 병원이 사용하는 적절한 양식에 ‘생리통’ 또는 ‘월경통’이라는 내용이 명시되어 있어야 하고, 반드시 담당의사나 병원장의 직인이 날인되어 있어야 하며 학교제출용으로 발급받습니다. (처방전이나 수기로 된 확인서는 인정하지 않습니다.)
A medical certificate issued for the purpose of submission to school is required. The document must contain the statement ‘period pain’ or ‘menstrual pain’ in the appropriate form used by the hospital, signed and sealed by the doctor or the director of the hospital. (A prescription or handwritten note is not acceptable.)
5.‘의사소견서/진단서/진료 확인서’(택1) 최초 제출시, 해당 병원 방문 날짜의 경우 생리공결 신청일 기준으로 전·후 3일 이내여야 합니다.
In case of first submission of a medical certificate, students must visit the hospital within 3 days before and after the date of Menstruation Absence request.
6. 생리공결 신청은 사후 신청을 원칙으로 합니다.
Menstruation Absence request must be made ex post facto.
7. 허위 진단서 제출 혹은 생리공결제 남용으로 확인될 시 무효로 처리하고, 학사징계 될 수 있습니다.
If a false certificate is submitted, or abuse of the request is detected and confirmed, the application will be invalidated and the student could face punishment according to the code of conduct of the school.
8. 생리공결 접수시간은 오전 9시부터 오후 5시까지이며, 점심시간(11:50~12:50)에는 접수를 받지 않습니다.
Center’s application submission hour: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Lunch break: 11:50 am - 12:50pm)
9. 대학원 수업, 계절학기 수업은 생리공결을 신청할 수 없습니다.
The Menstruation Absence system is not available for graduate and seasonal course/class students.
10. 학사일정 공식 시험기간*에는 사용할 수 없습니다. (* 공식 시험기간: 학사력 기준으로 매학기 "성적입력 및 열람기간"을 말합니다. 학사력은 학교 홈페이지를 참조하십시오.)
Menstruation absences are not allowed for official examination periods*. (* The official examination periods refers to the “Grade input and posting period” in each semester based on the academic calendar. Please check the university website for information on the academic calendar.)
